WWF: Wrestlemania 30 Predictions

Usos vs. Real Americans vs. Rybaxel vs. Los Matadores
For this match, I see it mainly as a showcase for the top tag teams in the WWE. It will be a short match ( no longer than 12 minutes) that is used to impress. Real Americans seem like they’ll have some troubles with teamwork, which should lead to the Usos retaining. Too bad it’s been pushed to the pre-show, robbing the Usos of their Wrestlemania moment.
Winner: The Usos

Usos

Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal
I can’t really see this being a good match or all that fun to watch. Going off of the buildup, Big Show, Sheamus, Del Rio, and Miz may be in the running at the end, and I’m predicting that Miz wins. Big Show has looked TOO strong during the build and gains nothing from this, while Miz might get to continue his “streak” for a future storyline.
Winner: The Miz

Divas’ Invitational

Based off of momentum, Total Diva’s fame, and basic storyline, the winners boil down to 4 people: the champion AJ, Naomi, a Bella (likely Brie if Daniel Bryan wins), and Tamina. Naomi should win based off of momentum and basic storyline, but Tamina also gets that same storyline boost. AJ has a chance merely because she seems to NEVER really lose that title, but at the end of the day, it’s got to be between Tamina and Naomi.
Winner: Naomi or Tamina – Advantage: Naomi (due to Total Divas)

Naomi

Triple H vs. Daniel Bryan

So this match is the hardest to call of the night besides the Triple Threat that results from this match’s conclusion. Basic “face always wins at Wrestlemania” logic says that Daniel Bryan wins, but Triple H has convinced me that him winning would be “Best for Business.” The allure of the Evolution Triple Threat is also there, and I really can’t call it. Logic says Daniel Bryan, but I’ll go with my gut (and what I kind of want to see) and pick Triple H.
Winner: Triple H

Triple H

The Shield vs. Kane and the New Age Outlaws
This match only has one logical conclusion, and that’s Shield coming out victorious. It should be ok since Kane and even the Outlaws have produced decent matches this year, and The Shield have consistently produced great matches in their 1.5 year run. So yes, Shield should win after a good match and probably a spear by Roman Reigns.
Winner: The Shield

The Shield

Brock Lesnar vs. Undertaker
I’d like to think that Brock Lesnar could win this match. Despite the poor buildup and the lack of WWE bringing it up, Lesnar has never lost to Taker one on one and is a straight up beast in his own right. He can almost take over for Taker as the new “Final Boss” type of person at Wrestlemania and it would be a real shocking moment. But I can’t bet against Taker in a Streak match, especially against a not-that-young part timer.
Winner: Undertaker

Undertaker

Bray Wyatt vs. John Cena
Another hard match to call due to Cena’s habit of burying and stopping any momentum of new talent, and the fact that Bray getting this win would make infinitely more sense and elevate his career. Bray has been built up strong, beating Daniel Bryan clean, beating the Shield, and even holding the advantage over Cena in this feud. Cena got the latest win for the “reverse momentum” logic that whoever holds the advantage before the PPV loses, and it really doesn’t make sense NOT to give Bray his Wrestlemania win.
Winner: Bray Wyatt

Bray Wyatt

Randy Orton vs. Batista vs. Triple H (or Daniel Bryan)

This match is the absolute hardest to call. I doubt Batista came back just to lose the title after his Royal Rumble win, Triple H has been convincing that he’s going to further the Authority storyline by winning the title, and Daniel Bryan (should he make it) has the storyline built for him since Summerslam to finally overcome the Authority and win the title. Because of this excellent build and these conflicting storylines, I’m going to go from left field and pick Randy Orton to retain as he did in WM24 when no one thought he would win against Cena AND Triple H.
Winner: Randy Orton

Randy Orton

I’m also guessing that Daniel Bryan and maybe Hogan or something will end up beating up whoever wins (should it not be Daniel Bryan) and leave the crowd going home happy with a Yes! Chant, despite his loss.

Daniel Bryan
